Underpinning its strength and durability, the Modernist Shed features a metal reinforced, multi-wall resin panel construction; this provides additional strength and stability to the unit, allowing it to withstand the elements all year long. The reinforced resin floor is built to withstand heavy loads, including tractors, mowers and other lawn or outdoor equipment. It has been constructed with a full steel skeleton frame for maximum strength, and the roof can hold a snow load of up to 30 lbs/ft2.

The modern shed design features four large transom windows that provide natural light to the interior and functional vents for optimal air circulation. The attractive pent roof design adds to the overall contemporary style as well as providing additional headspace. The sturdy double-doors offer improved work conditions and easier access/retrieval of larger items. To ensure your shed is secure, the metal door handles are lockable, but you must provide your own padlock.

Delivery

ALL DELIVERIES ARE DELIVERED TO KERBSIDE OR DRIVEWAY AND ARE FLAT PACKED READY FOR ASSEMBLY

Booking Delivery

Delivery is by courier you will not be contacted prior to delivery. If you are not in on the day of the delivery you will be carded. You can then contact the courier to arrange a new mutual delivery date. Delivery is between 7am to 7pm. Your order is a kerbside delivery and will be delivered on a 17 ton lorry (the size of a Refuse Cart). Unfortunately due to health and safety and insurance liabilities the driver will not be able to take your goods around to the back of your property.

The estimated delivery lead time for this product is identified on the product page above. Lead times are in working days (Monday - Friday) excludes Bank Holidays. These estimated lead times are provided by the manufacturers and are not guaranteed - due to fluctuation in demand - but are provided in good faith and are representative of delivery at that time. Some remote areas will take a little longer.
