It is constructed from polycarbonate panels built around a sturdy aluminium frame. Delivery
ALL DELIVERIES ARE DELIVERED TO KERBSIDE OR DRIVEWAY.This product is delivered flat packed, direct to your home and is supplied with a set of instructions to support assembly.
If you have ordered more than one item, they may arrive at different times.
For customers in certain areas (e.g. Scotland and Wales) the timescale may be slightly extended. Please note lead times are counted in working days (Monday to Friday) excluding Bank Holidays.
About the Delivery
Towards the end of the timescale (please refer to the website for your chosen product?s lead time), you will receive notification by the courier that your order has been dispatched. Your order will be delivered by one of the following carriers (we are unable to supply information on which carrier is being used for your order): DX, Panther, DPD or Tuffnells.
If delivery is by DX, it is an all-day service (8am to 6pm), you will be contacted with a text message the working day before delivery confirming your delivery date.
If delivery is by Panther, you will receive a text message the working day before delivery with your delivery date and an estimated two-hour time slot.
If delivery is by DPD, delivery information may come by text or email the working day before delivery. On the day of delivery, you will also be contacted with an estimated one-hour delivery window.
If delivery is by Tuffnells, it is an all-day service (8am to 6pm), you will be contacted by email the working day before delivery.
Please note that both elbec and Palram will be unable to supply any further information on your order during this timescale.
Upon Delivery
Your order will be delivered kerbside or on your driveway. Due to health and safety, and insurance liabilities, the driver will not be able to take your goods to the back of your property but upon request may place the product at the side of the house if there are no access issues. This is to avoid risking damage to your property while delivering to an unsafe location. We will not be able to go through your property.
We recommend against arranging for a third party to install the product before its delivery and checking that all parts are present, and we cannot be held liable for any third-party costs caused by delays.

Write A ReviewThe shed was easy to assemble, just wish the side panels by the door could be slotted like all the other panels, this made it a bit difficult to hold it together at this point.
My bad for not checking but make sure you have the anchors to bolt this straight to the floor when completed, they are not provided.
I am very happy with this shed it looks great, a few neighbours commented too, and the roof is amazing and gives a really good amount of light in the shed, which is one of the main reasons I wanted this shed."
Make sure your base is as level as you can get it, it makes the shed assembly so much easier
Good points:
1. Good instructions – assembles in a logical fashion
2. No missing parts
3. Everything went together easily
4. If you are assembling the shed in an area where it is difficult to access the back or sides, it is light enough to move the whole shed to gain access even when it is near-fully assembled (Obviously this is before you fix it down)
5. Quick delivery
Bad points:
The floor is not as strong as I would have hoped and can be torn easily. If you are storing pointed or sharp objects (e.g. garden forks) put some plywood on the floor for them to sit on."
