Features

Yukon sheds have walls which are made from virtually unbreakable, fortified polycarbonate. These materials, although lightweight and easy to handle during construction, come together to form a readily sturdy, robust and weatherproof building once erected. The ultra-resilient panels are built onto a strong aluminium frame that is highly rust-resistant and gives the building a solid feel, even though the materials are light and manageable. Polycarbonate is not only shatterproof and exceptionally difficult to break in general – it also bears the considerable advantage of being totally waterproof and practically zero-maintenance. It needs just an occasional wipe down to maintain its appearance, compared to a wooden shed that would require frequent maintenance, treatment and care over its lifetime. The panels are even UV treated to prevent fading, discolouring, peeling or cracking over time.

An innovative slide and lock panel system makes constructing a Palram shed as straightforward as possible. The unique skylight roof panels allow in light whilst remaining “opaque” from the outside. In short, this means that light will enter your shed during the day to make finding things or working inside easy, but your belongings will remain safely hidden away from prying eyes. Delivery

ALL DELIVERIES ARE DELIVERED TO KERBSIDE OR DRIVEWAY.This product is delivered flat packed, direct to your home and is supplied with a set of instructions to support assembly.

If you have ordered more than one item, they may arrive at different times.

For customers in certain areas (e.g. Scotland and Wales) the timescale may be slightly extended. Please note lead times are counted in working days (Monday to Friday) excluding Bank Holidays.

About the Delivery

Towards the end of the timescale (please refer to the website for your chosen product?s lead time), you will receive notification by the courier that your order has been dispatched. Your order will be delivered by one of the following carriers (we are unable to supply information on which carrier is being used for your order): DX, Panther, DPD or Tuffnells.

If delivery is by DX, it is an all-day service (8am to 6pm), you will be contacted with a text message the working day before delivery confirming your delivery date.

If delivery is by Panther, you will receive a text message the working day before delivery with your delivery date and an estimated two-hour time slot.

If delivery is by DPD, delivery information may come by text or email the working day before delivery. On the day of delivery, you will also be contacted with an estimated one-hour delivery window.

If delivery is by Tuffnells, it is an all-day service (8am to 6pm), you will be contacted by email the working day before delivery.

Please note that both elbec and Palram will be unable to supply any further information on your order during this timescale.

Upon Delivery

Your order will be delivered kerbside or on your driveway. Due to health and safety, and insurance liabilities, the driver will not be able to take your goods to the back of your property but upon request may place the product at the side of the house if there are no access issues. This is to avoid risking damage to your property while delivering to an unsafe location. We will not be able to go through your property.

We recommend against arranging for a third party to install the product before its delivery and checking that all parts are present, and we cannot be held liable for any third-party costs caused by delays.
