The 10 x 23 Lotus by Globel Metal Garage offers a vast amount of inside space and offers fantastic value for money. Designed to be sturdy and robust, it is manufactured from ribbed steel sheeting that requires minimal maintenance after construction. Not only are they low maintenance, but these metal garages come with a 15-year manufacturer’s warranty, so you can be sure you will be purchasing a garage that will last.

Features

The garage is constructed from high tensile 0.3mm hot-dipped galvanised steel, and finished with five coats of paint, making it strong and sturdy. These features ensure that the garage will stand up to challenging environments, such as coastal areas where the high salt content of the atmosphere can cause rusting on inferior quality metal buildings. This also makes the exterior highly resistant to rust and scratch damage, meaning it will maintain its attractive appearance.

The hinged double doors are designed for ease of use as well as extra strength and security. The doors are located on the 10ft front width and open wide for easy access, even when taking large items in and out or parking a vehicle inside. These doors can be padlocked (padlock not included) for extra security when storing valuable items or vehicles in your metal garage. The Lotus Metal Garage comes with a side door as standard, allowing easy and quick access to your items. Ventilated gables ensure that airflow inside is maintained, important for avoiding condensation and the harmful effects this can have on items stored inside.

The anthracite grey, metallic finish to the exterior gives your garage an attractive, modern appearance which is sure to look great in any outdoor space. Base Information

This garden building is not supplied with a floor. It is essential that the building is anchored to a suitable concrete or slab base. You can purchase a complete Hilti Screw Anchor Kit, with the correct number of fasteners plus a free masonry drill bit, which will be delivered with your metal garage so you can anchor it to your chosen base.

Delivery

ALL DELIVERIES ARE DELIVERED TO KERBSIDE OR DRIVEWAY AND ARE FLAT PACKED READY FOR ASSEMBLY

Booking Delivery
After placing your order, you will be contacted during either week 2 or 3 of your timescale by email and advised of a week commencing date for delivery. You will then be contacted the week prior to delivery by our manufacturer's delivery team and supplied a delivery date.

Delivery Lead times
The estimated delivery lead time for this product is identified on the product page above. These lead times can increase during peak periods. Lead times are in working days (Monday - Friday) excludes Bank Holidays. These estimated lead times are provided by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed due to fluctuation in demand. Some remote areas will take a little longer.

Upon Delivery
Delivery is between 7am to 7pm. Your order is delivered either kerbside or driveway and should be delivered on a 17-ton lorry (the size of a Refuse Cart). Unfortunately, due to health and safety and insurance liabilities the driver will not be able to take your goods around to the back of your property but may upon request place the product at the side of the house if there are no access or restriction issues. We would not risk damaging your property whilst delivering a product to an un-safe location. Unfortunately, we will not be able to go through your property.
