Built to be durable, the Martinique Gazebo has a reinforced design with a durable and corrosion resistant powder-coated aluminium frame and galvanized steel connectors. It will protect you from the sun during the height of summer, with its 100% UV protected bronze treated TwinWall polycarbonate panels. The sturdy design will withstand the elements, even during the winter, with its capability to stand up against average snow loads and winds. Built with integrated guttering, the structure has many excellent features that will help you relax with ease. These include integrated rails and hooks that can be used to hang curtains on the side (not included), and the easy construction system which can be completed by two people. The Palram screw-free system allows for this, as the structure is formed with sliding panels which results in a rust-resistant structure. With the built-in vents, the Martinique Gazebo can easily be used as a BBQ cover, proving once again that the structure's design is versatile and perfect to cater for your needs.

Additional Details

The Palram Martinique Gazebo is delivered flat-packed and will need to be assembled at home. All parts and fixtures needed to construct your Martinique Gazebo are provided. Written instructions are provided and should be followed exactly to achieve the safety and security desired from the structure. The structure requires a solid level surface and a kit is included for anchoring your gazebo. The assembly is simple, with a sliding panel system. This structure requires very little ongoing maintenance.

Delivery

ALL DELIVERIES ARE DELIVERED TO KERBSIDE OR DRIVEWAY.This product is delivered flat packed, direct to your home and is supplied with a set of instructions to support assembly.

If you have ordered more than one item, they may arrive at different times.

For customers in certain areas (e.g. Scotland and Wales) the timescale may be slightly extended. Please note lead times are counted in working days (Monday to Friday) excluding Bank Holidays.

About the Delivery

Towards the end of the timescale (please refer to the website for your chosen product?s lead time), you will receive notification by the courier that your order has been dispatched. Your order will be delivered by one of the following carriers (we are unable to supply information on which carrier is being used for your order): DX, Panther, DPD or Tuffnells.

If delivery is by DX, it is an all-day service (8am to 6pm), you will be contacted with a text message the working day before delivery confirming your delivery date.

If delivery is by Panther, you will receive a text message the working day before delivery with your delivery date and an estimated two-hour time slot.

If delivery is by DPD, delivery information may come by text or email the working day before delivery. On the day of delivery, you will also be contacted with an estimated one-hour delivery window.

If delivery is by Tuffnells, it is an all-day service (8am to 6pm), you will be contacted by email the working day before delivery.

Please note that both elbec and Palram will be unable to supply any further information on your order during this timescale.

Upon Delivery

Your order will be delivered kerbside or on your driveway. Due to health and safety, and insurance liabilities, the driver will not be able to take your goods to the back of your property but upon request may place the product at the side of the house if there are no access issues. This is to avoid risking damage to your property while delivering to an unsafe location. We will not be able to go through your property.

We recommend against arranging for a third party to install the product before its delivery and checking that all parts are present, and we cannot be held liable for any third-party costs caused by delays.
